POLICIES.

Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. If there is not a card on file before booking your next appointment you will be charged the set fee of the service you missed and that cost will be applied to your next treatment. If it is a custom facial the charge is $60. If it is injections it will be $75. When you reschedule this money will be put towards that appointment! We do this to protect our providers and the people on waitlist! Thank you for your understanding!

Return Policy: All products are available for returns within 28 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange, refund the payment method used, or use for in store credit! If it exceeds this time frame we do not accept the products. Thank you for your understanding!
